I don't know when this question was asked (now Dec17). While I'm not associated with DynaPulse, I have v3.81.1 for Windows 2000, but haven't used it for several years. According to the DynaPulse Web site now: "Software DP200M Home for Windows, $35.00, The latest Windows version is v3.85.1". I haven't used the 200M recently, but software v3.81.1 is downloadable free from the DynaPulse site, and installs and runs under Win10/64 without a DynaPulse unit connected, and I'd hope it would work if I used a RS232/USB adaptor (I have a serial DynaPulse, and a computer without a serial port). Alternatively, I have had great success running non-Win10-compatible software in a "virtual machine" (VM), using the free version of VMware Workstation (now at v14) and setting up a WinXP/32 VM, though this needs some once-and-for-all time and learning. HTH
